How to Improve Customer Satisfaction Through UX

As the saying goes, a happy customer is a happy business.

That’s not really a saying but it should be, considering that customer satisfaction dictates higher sales and revenue for any organization.

There are many factors that go into customer satisfaction and one of them is user experience (UX) design. These pertain to virtually every design area of a website or app and from color in the color palette it is all about interaction.

Developing a UX that satisfies your prospects and customers requires extensive research testing and validation data. And to help you get started, below are UX tips geared to make more clients happier interacting with your business.

    Implement an Experiential Design Strategy

Experiential design is all about creating an incredible customer experience through user interface (UI).

First, it’s vital to determine the kind of customer you want to reach out and appease with your business.

To do this, you must know who your ideal buyer persona is. It should include your audience’s demographics such as age, income, educational attainment, interests, pains, and others. The data here determine the layout and elements you must use on your site or mobile app to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.

From here, use the gathered data from your buyer persona to develop your experiential design strategy. For example, you can run social groups to get feedback from your prototype that you can use to create a product that fulfills customers’ needs.

The goal is to create diverse experiences to different targets. These experiences can be incorporated into the design from the very start so you don’t have to make constant changes over time. Just make sure to conduct usability testing over time to ensure that the design is working accordingly.

Leverage Predictive Analytics and Artificial Intelligence

You may not possess all the data to help you design your UX from scratch. However, just because you don’t have the necessary information at hand, doesn’t mean you should stop making changes that could greatly improve customer experience.

Therefore, you should use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to guide you in making informed decisions to improve customer experience through your website and app.

For example, a prototyping tool like Balsamiq allows you to experience the usability and flow of the app or product before publishing it for all to see. Doing so allows designers to QA the UX first and make the necessary tweaks before launching it in the beta stage.

In fact, you should use AI and predictive analytics tools even if you have the pertinent UX data. They will help complement your research and make the design process much easier for you. For instance, you can cross-reference the suggestions made by the tools with your data so you can apply the right changes to your product with just a few clicks.

    Automate Customer Support

Customer support is an integral part of providing excellent and seamless experiences to your clients. However, premium support, which includes customer service videos, doesn’t usually come cheap.

Moreover, there’s a waiting period before customers receive a reply from your agents. When the response is sent, the customer could have logged out and might not return for a long period.

To eliminate the waiting period and cut costs, you need to put your customer service on autopilot. First, create a knowledge base that answers all customers’ common questions about your product or app. Users can then search the knowledge base for articles regarding their UX-related concerns.

To make it even easier for customers, set up a chatbot to which customers can reach out whenever they need help navigating through your product. They can ask the bot their questions. It will then provide the answers by linking to knowledge base articles relevant to their concerns.Read more about 7starhd

    Use Analytics to Unearth Insights

Once you have a substantial amount of customers using your site or product, it’s time to look at how they interact with it over time. Even if you observe the best practices of creating an asset to improve customer satisfaction, there are still areas you can improve on. And to know what these are, you must refer to your analytics tools.

Google Analytics should help provide you with all the data you need to monitor your website’s performance. It shows you data regarding the quality of interaction your visitors have with your site. You can see these in the bounce rate and average time on site.

The former refers to the percentage of visitors who leave your site without viewing other pages of your site. The latter shows you how long the visitor has stayed on your site.

The goal is to reduce bounce rate and keep visitors on your site longer, both of which indicate a satisfied customer base. Visit here ytmp3

For mobile apps, a tool like Fireapp not only analyzes your app’s performance. It also has advanced crash reports that information if your app is down. You can then conduct A/B testing by pitting different UX elements against each other and determine the best variant. Click here movierulz
